Having Doug as our Realtor made our experience as first time buyers easy and enjoyable. He was very patient as we looked at house after house (we even looked at a couple houses more than once!) He was very knowledgeable in his field. He was able to answer all of our questions. If we wanted more history on a home, he did the research and got back to us within a short time with the answer. We never had any trouble contacting him and he was constantly available to us and worked around our schedules.
We had lost bids on two homes and we were starting to get discouraged at that point. Doug was there to encourage us and help us every step of the way. We finally bid on a home last December and he even took the time on New Year's Eve to tell us that we finally had our home.
Our contact with Doug was not over once the closing was finished. Once again, he took the time to stop over a few weeks later to see how we were doing. It was obvious, after talking to other people who have dealt with other realtors, that the service we received from Doug was definitely top quality.
